The Surgery provides limited appointments to provide NHS-only travel immunisations for registered patients who are travelling within 6-12 weeks of their departure date.

Please note that if you are travelling less than 6 weeks from departure date, or there are no available travel clinic slots at the practice then you would need to attend a private travel clinic.
- You will need to collect a travel questionnaire form from reception (per person travelling) to complete and bring with you to your nurse appointment.
- It is your responsibility to research what vaccinations you will need for travel: TravelHealthPro and bring this with you to your appointment.
- It is your responsibility to research the travel health advice for the area(s) you will be travelling to. The advice is on the same website as the vaccinations: TravelHealthPro or you may wish to seek travel health advice from a private travel clinic. We do not provide travel health advice at your appointment.
- You will need to have a 20 minute travel appointment with a Practice Nurse – please remind patient to bring their travel form with them.
- You will need to bring your travel information to your appointment otherwise the appointment may need to be rebooked or you may need to attend a private travel clinic.
NHS vaccinations will be provided as indicated and NHS vaccinations are the following:
- Hepatitis A
- Typhoid
- Diptheria
- Polio
- Tetanus
