Children under 10 will need to attend the Hospital for their tests.
If the Hospital request that your blood is tested please ensure they have provided you with the blood test form.
If you are a patient of another surgery you will need to attend at your registered surgery for your test.
Patients of Gudgeheath Lane Surgery, who’s GP has requested a blood test, please ring the surgery to arrange an appointment. Clinics will be held at Gudgeheath Lane Surgery on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. You can also be booked a blood test appointment at our Enhanced Access Hub which would be on a Saturday at Westlands Medical Centre, Portchester.
Always ensure you have your blood test request form with you for your appointment – the phlebotomist can not take your blood without this form.
