Message from the Partners and Practice Manager- 17/10/2023

It is disappointing and sad that even with our recent post in June, our staff have still been experiencing rising levels of abuse at the practice, on the telephone and online. This can have a devastating effect on the individuals and impacts on our ability to both retain and attract new staff. The NHS has a zero-tolerance attitude towards this type of behaviour. We are grateful to the many patients who are polite and respectful.
