Gudgeheath Lane Surgery 'VIRTUAL' Patient Participation Group
Gudgeheath Lane has a well established Patient Participation Group and has set up a 'VIRTUAL' patient group alongside the existing group.
The existing PPG provides:
- A critical friend: A two way transfer of information and ideas.
- Patient feedback about what services are provided.
- Patient’s ideas on what they might like the practice to provide.
- The PPG does NOT provide any medical advice.
As a member of the 'Virtual' Group patients will be asked, occasionally, to take part in 'on-line' practice surveys relating to issues raised at the existing patient group and within the practice.
Patients will NOT be able to attend Practice Patient Group meetings but will be able to request to become a member of the existing non 'virtual' PPG. For more information about the group and for the minutes of these meetings please see the link on our website.
We would very much like our group to have representatives from all age groups and ethnic backgrounds.
If you would like to join the VIRTUAL Patient Participation Group please complete the on-line application form below and submit your details to the surgery. Thank you.
