The practice are committed to providing information in whichever format is required for your needs.
Visual Support
If you need communications/letters etc to be in large font we can arrange for this and will record this on your medical record for all future letters etc.
We can also provide copies of information in Braille if required.
Hearing Support
There is a hearing loop installed in the reception area.
We can also provide arrange for someone to provide sign language given notice.
Language Support
We can arrange for interpreters to be present for your consultation if necessary – however we would need notice to arrange this.
