🚫 𝗔𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 — 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱.

We know recent changes to our appointment system have been challenging. It’s a new process for both patients and staff, introduced to meet NHS requirements and improve care.

But sadly, abuse towards our team has increased.

📢 𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿: We will not tolerate any form of aggression, rudeness, or threatening behaviour. Our staff are here to help you — please treat them with the respect they deserve.
